So Lewis Hamilton is leaving the UK because he says he cant lead a normal life here?

Nothing to do with tax at all is it Lewis?


He is a typical modern Britain, his family obviously are immigrants at some point, our taxes paid for his schooling, health care etc, so now he is earning money he decides to bugger off and not contribute anything to this country, the country that made him who he is.


Typical selfish arrogant attitude that most people have in this country. Its the same with doctors and dentists, we train them then they either go private or move abroad.


Well I have this message to Mr Hamilton, I am happy you lost the championship and I hope you never win it, you have shown your true colours and what a vile "man" you are.





Before any of you do gooder idiots say anything, I dont care if he is black, brown or blue, I would have said this about anyone.

Reply:I agree, I thought it must be tax related. He says he cant go out without everyone recognising him. I don't expect he goes to the haunts frequented by his friend from school etc. I don't suppose you will see him hanging around Stevenage town centre as many of his contemporaries are. He was glad enough of their support when he was up and coming. Give something back Lewis. Then when you go to your up market venues you will be given a bit of space and respect.

Reply:Don't be too hard on him. Thousands of Brits emigrate to Spain and Oz each year and we think that's normal and fine. They will still play 'God save the Queen (i.e. Freddy Mercury)' when he wins and not the Swiss anthem. That should cover the schooling, NHS, etc. That should warm Britannia's cockles. He just wants to save tax which is fair enough - if I had loads I may feel I wanted to move out to a tax haven but don't dress it up and blame the UK!





I dont think he owes the UK anything. They didn't sponsor his training - McClaren did - its a totally private matter where he chooses to live.





I don't believe had he of stayed and kept his head down the fuss wouldn't have died down to a point he was rarely hassled too much.





He will still be followed by paps everywhere no matter where he lives, and if, as he was found a month or so ago, he is cavorting about in the sea within days of 'taking a break' from his relationship with his boss's daughter, he is bound to make the gossip columns.





Sorry but he is young, black, British, good looking, super talented, and single, he will have to deal with the fuss that creates anywhere he lives.

Reply:why don't you get a life. he was probably born in this county and his family i would want to move if i couldn't go to the loo in peace or the cinemas and anywhere. hes only 22 and needs a life its only his first year begin in the championship and hope he dose well. most 22 year old lads don't even go to work and show what they got at least he has tyred doing something for our county than most people
