The family dentist recommened that my youngest daughter stop or at least cut back on drinking sweet tea and pop, what else is there that she may like other than water?
What drinks do children like that does not contain sugar, other than water?
almost everything has sugar, even milk. To reduce sugar in juice dilute it with 1/2 water. kool aid makes sugar free mixes, crystal light, and 4c, and tang. good luck.
Reply:Try 100% fruit juice. Milk, is always a good choice. The sooner you get her off the sweet tea and pop the better off her teeth will be in long run.
Reply:You could give milk that is healthy and good too. Somtimes you could give chocolate milk too just get the reduced sugar kind.
Reply:Milk and juice still have loads of sugars, it just happens to be natural not added sugars. Try giving her water with a slice of lemon, or carbonated water. That makes a huge difference for some people. Also, unsweetened hot tea or herbal tea is really good.
