I just moved to San Clemente from Idaho and I need to find an Ob/Gyn, a regular family physician, and a dentist that take Tricare (military) insurance. I had some bad experiences with the doctors that Tricare recommended while I was living in Oceanside, but when I moved to Idaho I picked my own doctors and they took Tricare and they were wonderful. Now I'm back in So Cal, and I'm having trouble finding doctors because I don't know where anything is in Orange County. Any suggestions?

Best thing you can do is call tricare and have them give you a list of who they cover...then go from there. Or the other option is to pull out the phone book, start calling and ask if they take tricare.
