Dental cavity problem!?

I recently noticed that I might have 4 or more developing cavities!!

I brush my teeth twice a day and I have no fuxing idea why this is happening. But I do know that I might have a dozen diseases and disorders, just don't have any money to go to a doctor and get complete physical examination. One of them might be Celiac disease and it is known to cause weakening of tooth enamel. So that may be why...

Now that this is happening I will not eat or drink candy, sodas, food containing a lot of sugar.

I have no money to get them filled/fixed/go to dentist. My family is poor, and I can't afford it because the pay of my job is low.

Anyone have an idea or suggestion as to what I can do?

Only serious and realistic answers please*

Thanks a lot.

Dental cavity problem!?
They have what we call Mission of Mercy. Where a good dentist in North Carolina will go out and about NC every month and take care of peoples teeth that do not have the funds. I graduated as a dental assistant in July. Maybe you could call around and find a dentist that will go off of your income. They do have dentist around like that.
