HMO's are tough, I recommend doing research on google or dogpile. I had an HMO plan and they are now billing me for things that were supposed to be covered. Call some of the local offices and tell them what plan you have, what's the worst they can say? "No we don't accept that plan" I'd also tell you to apply for KidCare or Healthy Kids if you live in Florida.
